基於 Chromium 的應用程式中 (Youtube, Discord, Chrome...etc) 隨機出現類似小棋盤、條文線問題的根本原因是 Windows 中的一個錯誤，當驅動程式使用特定功能時會出現該錯誤。此修復程式位於 Windows 的預發佈版本中，如果您是 Windows 預覽體驗成員，則可以試用該版本。該修復程式（現在）也正在通過市場內 Windows 版本的 Windows 服務分支進行。每個 Windows 版本的修復程式都相當獨特，因此我們正在花時間確保它已準備好供一般使用並且不會導致新問題。

【2024-05-15 更新】
Microsoft 在 Google IssueTracker 回覆該修復程式的 Windows 11 版本將於 2024 年 5 月的最後一周作為可選 Windows 更新的一部分發佈。所有更新都將逐步推出，然後在 2024 年 6 月成為強制性的。
該修復程式的 Windows 10 版本仍在開發中。
臨時的解決方案 (方案 1)
- 變更 Google Chrome、Microsoft Edge 或 Opera 硬體加速 API。
- For Google Chrome: chrome://flags
- For Microsoft Edge: edge://flags
- For Opera: opera://flags
- 搜尋 "ANGLE"。
- 將 "Choose ANGLE graphics backend" 選項變更為 "D3D9" 或其它，反正不能選擇 "Default" 及 "D3D11"。建議選擇 "OpenGL"。
臨時的解決方案 (方案 2)
- 適用於 Microsoft Edge 和 Google Chrome 瀏覽器。建立 Microsoft Edge 或 Google Chrome 捷徑並在目標結尾加上 "<空格>" + "--disable-direct-composition" 或 "<空格>" + "--disable-features=DCompPresenter"。
P.S: 如果 "<空格>" + "--disable-direct-composition" 沒效果請改用 "<空格>" + "--disable-features=DCompPresenter"。
- 適用於 Google Chrome 瀏覽器。建立 Google Chrome 捷徑並在目標結尾加上 "<空格>" + "--disable-direct-composition-video-overlays"。
例如: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe" --disable-direct-composition
