我系統WIN10 本來也是無法玩 後來GOOGLE後 原來要去C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed" and right click on ASN_App_PcDx9_Final.exe. Click on Properties and then go to the Compatibility tab. Try to set the compatibility to Windows XP (Service Pack 3). It might work.  也就是遊戲路徑的ASN_App_PcDx9_Final.exe 右鍵內容 改相容性為XP SP3 就可以了
