Changed Gravitational Pull from a ragdoll to a teleport. Reduced range.

Adjusted Tier based Boss Stats from 1/2 to 1/4 of adjustable amount to allow for higher tier based health differentials without having too high attack.

Adjustments to all Presets, mostly revolving around higher health.

Fixed bug where Catharsis would only work once per tier. Fix includes all other spawner quests.

Fixed bug where conditions were not properly set for the new Boss Assault backup count selection.

Corrected default settings when first loading the mod. Now consistent with "Normal" preset.
