【問題】回鍋玩家遇到問題

最近想回鍋這款遊戲
但是我印象中以前都是郵箱確認信
信箱收信沒問題
結果這次登入確發現要手機認證
離開太久不知道以前有沒有用手機認證
現在手機也不知道換幾隻了
門號也換了
原本帳號不給登入
有人有遇到類似問題的嗎

我今天收到的,我提供 角色id 種族 還有職業 跟帳號創建日期 我記得剛開服我衝首發 2012/8/28 給他了

應該還要在幾天吧....

Access to your e-mail account has become compromised.

Log-in credentials similar to those used for your Guild Wars 2 account previously became compromised through a different web or gaming service.
You entered your log-in credentials on a computer running malicious software.

Please keep in mind that if you have malicious software on your computer, or if your e-mail address is compromised, your Guild Wars 2 account may be the least of your concerns.

Please take the following steps to secure your account:

我的郵件嘗試無法登入(或是能提供帳號使我再次嘗試登入),帳密也許已經遺失
我使用了防毒軟體Avast的 掃描過電腦了 目前未收到威脅,或官方還有其他驗證手法,使我能遊玩此遊戲


I can't log in to my mail (or can provide an account so that I can try to log in again), the account may have been lost. I have scanned the computer with anti-virus software. I have not received any threats yet, or there are other verification methods that enable me to play. This game
